Curry Laksa

More on food I like.

Last weekend I prepared Curry Laksa for lunch. It has been a while since I had one and I decided to check out some recipes in the Internet. Finally I found one which is to my liking.
Curry laksa - Coconut milk, curry paste and daun kesum is the main ingredients. Condiments include fish balls, fish cakes, veggies (long beans and beans sprout), cockle (a must) and mint leaves for the pungent flavor of laksa.
Here I added tempura prawn. The soup or stock was made from boiling chicken bones and the prawn shells.
Of course I enjoy eating it. I know the kids did not favor the curry laksa. Tough! Life is not easy...muahahaha....
