My little precious......

My little precious from top is Shakira and bottom, Shakiel.

Both pictures taken were taken when they were an hour old by the nurses for identification purposes with a Polaroid camera. Love the pictures.

We just came back from visiting a relative whose wife just gave birth about a week ago. Their baby was so tiny. She weight 2.5 kg during delivery. And that reminded me the time I had my children...Shakira was 3.79 kg and Shakiel was 3.5 kg. Yes, they were huge....think about where they came out from.....oh yess.....opppssss.....normal delivery! Many have delivered more than 2, but hey, I'll take credit for 2!

When Shakira was born she was just being vacuum sucked, all red and upside down in my 90 degree view. She was crying or better to say, squealing......As time passed by she became fairer and fairer....curly hair, active, adorable and cute.

Shakiel is a breath of fresh air...he was more calm and fits his name very well. He likes to hangout with me and good at short conversations.

An online entertainment portal reported a local artist, Black will lodge a police report for the insidious remarks of his new born baby made by his instagram followers.

No. You don't call another baby looks like a monkey. He's denying God's creation. No parent would accept  after being told that their child looks like a monkey. Who gave you the right to say those words?

Every parent in the world will say their baby is the most precious looking and adorable. He has no right calling babies, names.......take a look at yourself if you such a perfectionist, you should have been instagramming and twitting from cloud seven. ( I don't follow instagram and twitter)

Thank you for your services.

Mummy, ada orang nak beli washing machine mummy 12 ringgit.....
So I replied, Ok....

It has been a while that the machine broke down....well it does not exactly broke down....the spin isn't spinning as it should be. It has been sitting right outside the kitchen door like a while elephant for almost 3 years.

I had the front load Ariston washing machine for more than 15 years. That year was the highest bonus paid out for an executive 'cabuk' like me. I went to SS2 PJ and checked out several electrical shops and found this unit. It cost me almost RM1,600.00.

Thank you for all the clean clothes. I bid you farewell.....

Go Back to Driving School!

Different countries use hazard warning lights in different ways. In New Zealand, we wouldn't use them on the road to warn other drivers that we're slowing down, but in the UK this is recommended.

But I was thought not to switch on your hazard lights unless you are stationery by the driving school I attended ages ago. Unless this is something new....

Though there’s no definite right or wrong answer (unless it’s illegal in your state), there are some things to keep in mind. Your hazards may make you more visible in the rain and alert other drivers that you’re traveling below the speed limit. But they may also put you at risk.

Malaysian drivers like to switch on their hazard lights especially when it rains. Didn't we learn it is a No No at driving school?

So many consequences can happen caused by your ignorant...
The car on the left had his hazard light while driving in the middle lane on MEX Highway. Yes it was raining.
In some cars, turn signals are disabled when the hazards are turned on. And even if they work, it can be hard to distinguish a turn signal from a hazard light. If drivers can’t anticipate your next move, your accident risk could increase.

Hazard lights are to warn other road users that you are on a temporary hazard. For example, if your car broke down on the side of the road, or you are changing a tyre. If you are being towed, you should use your hazard warning lights. However if you are being towed and you are using your hazard lights, you will need to use hand signals to indicate direction because the hazard lights override the indicator lights.

Another issue with using your hazards is that it may cause confusion for other drivers. Most people expect to see hazards when there is a specific danger to look out for. If drivers are busy looking for a hazard or slowing down in anticipation of one, it means they may be taking their eyes of the road, as well as disrupting the flow of traffic.

Confusion, unnecessary slowdowns, bad weather … seems like a recipe for disaster. Instead, turn on your low beams (high beams are also a No No) and avoid driving in bad weather whenever possible.

Perhaps drivers think they are smart and civic minded citizen wannabe....WRONG! Think again. Remember your safety comes first.

Practice What You Preach

I was shocked and could not believe my eyes.....I couldn't have said much better.

Many faces for Abah....

Went back to Parit recently for aunty Umai's funeral and took this picture in my dad's study room. Don't know why only now I decided to snap and keep the picture in my mobile.

The many faces of Abah from his early years with the police force up until his retirement. Yes I do look like him....missed him so much.

Al-fatihah.

It was a really tiring day, traveling back to Parit. After the funeral we entertained relatives with snacks, coffee and tea. Most were there just to attend the funeral. They were tired and wanted to freshen up before starting their journey back to KL. Happy to see a few whom I've not seen in ages. It was a full house. We were happy as we get to have everybody gather under one roof to reflect on Aunty Umai's death and catching up for old time sake.

Too Soon To Go.

01-Mar-2015

Read my Whatsapp message. Aunty Umai just passed away.

Many things running through my mind. Top on the list , another death? Allahu Akbar. No way!
Picture above : Aunty Umai and Acik, my dad's younger sister and brother. Both succumbed to cancer less than 2 months between each other. Some say they were the splitting image of my late grand parents.

Once upon a time they were young and healthy. They were taller than me. They pamper me with their love and kisses. They appreciate me more and proud of my achievements.

But now when they are gone,..... we will have to go back on the waiting list. Yeah, my time will come but don't know when........ Semoga roh mereka berdua di cucuri rahmat oleh Allah swt.

Al-Fatihah.
